Signatory's nameless single malt whisky comes from one of the two distilleries on the Orkney Islands - unfortunately the name will not be revealed, but anyone who tastes the single malt will know where it comes from. 13 years old.
Nose: the smell of sea spray rises in the nose, behind it spicy aromas of fresh herbs - in the background a little vanilla, peat smoke and nut
Taste: now significantly more smoke and spiciness, malty notes, paired with light notes of exotic fruits and a hint of licorice
Finish: long finish - the spice and smoke are very present - behind the fruit and vanilla.
