Laurent is turning this 13-hectare domaine into a leader of the appellation. He has expanded his cellar and is now able to move his wine by gravity. These are all classically made wines. Full-bodied and structured, with flavours of dark fruits, earthy undertones, and a touch of spice, this Hermitage pairs beautifully together with grilled or roasted red meats, such as lamb or beef, and with rich game dishes like venison or duck.
Their wines are now certified organic (from the 2022 vintage) with the exception of the Saint-Peray Montis.
