The brothers have always farmed with a light touch. Organic methods have guided their work for years, and the domaine reached full certification in 2024. They tend to harvest a little later than their neighbours, chasing ripeness without losing the freshness that defines the region.

In the winery, nothing is rushed. Fermentations rely on native yeasts, and the wines are aged slowly in a mix of stainless steel and large oak barrels. The resulting wines are classical in style and consistent: ripe citrus and orchard fruit, a gentle salinity, and a long, mineral finish. There’s a quiet confidence to the wines: focused, mineral and finely structured, with a generosity of fruit that makes them both accessible and age-worthy.

Fermentation takes place over approximately three months using indigenous yeasts, with temperatures carefully controlled at around 20°C. Malolactic fermentation is completed fully with natural bacteria. The wine is aged for a total of 18 months, spending 12 months in 600L demi-muids followed by 6 months in stainless steel tanks, with lees contact throughout. No fining is used, with only a light filtration.

The 2023 vintage expresses a softer, more fruit-forward interpretation of Beauroy, showing a pale yellow colour and lifted aromas of citrus zest. The palate is bright and approachable, with a crisp, juicy attack of fresh lemon fruit that brings immediate energy and salinity, leaving a mouth-watering finish.
