Château de Montifaud is very much a family enterprise with Michel and Catherine Vallet, their son Laurent and his wife Elodie all
involved. This is lovely, unadulterated pure, fine, perfumed cognac. A family domaine and distillery. 125 hectares of vineyard in the heart of the Archiac where the Grande and Petite Champagne meet, much sought after by the larger Houses. The range is also available in 20cl sizes which make great gifts. Worth a special mention is the wonderful Héritage Louis Vallet which is 50 year old Cognac presented in a unique hand blown bottle, the ultimate in purity and refinement.
