The grapes are grown on volcanic limestone. After fermentation the wine is aged in large oak vats and then in cement tanks. Six months’ bottle ageing before release.
Plums and black cherries, this supple and fruit driven number, carries nice freshness making it a an easy drinking red. A great alternative to a Beaujolais. Super value.
