A range of very well priced wines from this excellent small outfit run by the charismatic and talented duo, Daniel Orsolini and Claude Serra. Claude Serra, the winemaker, is also professor at Montpellier University of Oenology. All the wines are vinified to produce clean, fresh fruit-driven flavours at attractive prices and show good varietal character.
The grapes for the white wines are sourced from the Limoux area and the red varietals are from vineyards just to the west of Montpellier. There is no wood ageing with any of these wines. The Chardonnay is delightful, that is Macon-esque with it’s freshness and ripe fruit.
