A glorious Glenlossie single malt from those wonderful Signatory folks! Distilled in 2006, the Speysider rested in a pair of hogshead casks for over a decade, and in 2019 it was bottled at 12 years old. The casks yielded just 417 bottles released at 59.3% ABV for the Cask Strength Collection. Hazelnut praline, polished oak and homemade berry jam, along with hints of vanilla fudge. It finishes with orange curd, dried apple and a pinch of nutmeg.
