Floral, with a deep plummy nose. Juicy, with sweet fruit, mouthwatering finish, and reasonably prominent graphite tannin.

Violets on the nose, bright red fruits with a slight herbaceous edge. A soft and refreshing red. Lovely example of crunchy Cabernet Franc from Saumur Champigny.
Serve with the lightest chill to show it at its best. Pair with just about anything but with lamb it’s a real treat.
Domaine Pre Baron, Gamay, Touraine
The Gamay is hand-picked and fully carbonic-macerated. No oak, just vibrant, crunchy, classic Loire Gamay. A grown up Gamay. Concentrated aromas of ripe dusty raspberries, cherry conserve supported by pleasant lingering fine tannins and a lovely crunch of acidity.
