Toques et Clochers Limoux Chardonnay is produced by Sieur d’Arques, situated 25 km from Carcassonne. Their terroir which benefits from the Mediterranean sun, tempered by their proximity to the Pyrénées and the influence of the Atlantic Ocean, combines the ideal conditions for producing great wines.
Golden in the glass with green hues, the nose is characterised by vanilla and pepper notes, dried and white fruits, hazelnut, apple, pear and honeysuckle. The palate is supple and rich with a good concentration, revealing notes of citrus and white fruits all underlined by a beautiful minerality. Wine pairing suggestions include scallops, lobster, turbot or chicken and veal dishes. A classy Chardonnay indeed!
