11 year old Glendullan single malt, drawn from a pair of hogshead casks that were laid down back in October 2009. Just over a decade later, those casks were cracked open and the whisky within was bottled up by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. As you can tell from the name, there was none of that chill-filtration when bottling this one.
Nose: Grassy barley, floral citrus zest, and crisp apple.
Palate: Cereal and cut grass with buttered croissant, chai tea, and banana.
Finish: Pepper and liquorice increase, with wafts of golden syrup and toffee apples.
