A 2009 Dailuaine single malt from indie bottler Signatory Vintage that was matured in a pair of hogsheads for 12 years, before being bottled in February 2022 as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. Warming and toasty, this one. Think Cinnamon biscuits, orange peel and green oak, with a hint of underripe apple.
