For more than six generations the family have worked the property and now Jerome, Sabine and Magali continue to raise the bar at the domaine. As a result, it has developed into a top class Fitou producer. Since 2011 the estate has been certified organic, this is integral to their beliefs and out of respect for their vineyards. Their grape varietals find optimal conditions in the diversity of their terroir, with very old Carignan and Grenache vines thriving. Les Megalithes is a single vineyard of pebbly soil, 90% Carignan and 10% Grenache. On average the vines are 90 years old. This wine is aged in concrete tanks for 18 months. This is a proper wine, full of personality!
