Cantina di Gambellara, Monopolio, Gambellara Classico x2
The Garganega grapes are grown on selected vineyards on the hills of the commune of Gambellara, a few miles east of Soave. The wine is dry and scented, with pronounced minerality and a long finish. It has yellow peach aromas, pear and a touch of spice on the finish.
Moulin de Gassac, Pinot Noir, Pays d’Oc x2
Complex and delicate nose: Tipicity of the Pinot noir: candied cherry, light roasted hints and mocha with a nice herbaceous edge. Abundunt fruit. A beautiful freshness and soft tannins make it a balanced and fine Pinot.
