Single malt from Ardmore, independently bottled by Signatory. This one was distilled in October 2009 and matured in a pair of bourbon barrels that previous held Islay whisky. This imparts just a smidgen of coastal smoke to the spirit. It was bottled at 9 years old in March 2019 as part of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. Roasted almonds, fresh lemon, floral sweetness, cumin and cedar.
