The grapes for False Bay Slow Chenin Blanc stem from old bush vines in The Swartland and Stellenbosch regions. Wild yeast fermentation is key to this Chenin Blanc. The long wild yeast ferment provides additional complexity to the wine. Dried herbaceous notes, including fennel, dominate the nose, followed by a citrus flavour profile on the palate. A versatile wine, which is excellent value for the money.
