Aurélie and Thibault Giraudon (sister and brother) are the current generation in control at this leading domaine and are very focused on delivering fresh, elegant wines that are uniquely Chitry. There are thirty hectares in total with the main holdings being Bourgogne Chitry of both colours and an excellent Bourgogne Aligoté. They use exclusively stainless steel for ageing, only natural yeasts are used, and all picking is done by hand.
