Chateau Branaire-Ducru is an estate in the Saint-Julien appellation of Bordeaux and was ranked a fourth growth in the 1855 Classification of the Medoc. This is their second label. The blend is made up of Cabernet Sauvignon 56%, Merlot 36%, Petit Verdot 5% and Cabernet Franc 3%. It has a beautiful nose, with cigar box, cedar, red and black fruits featuring. This wine is complex and charming.
