Chateau Haut Rian, Bordeaux Blanc x2
A stunning Bordeaux Blanc Sec made from 70% Sémillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc. Green pepper aromas and citrus notes on the palate. Lovely freshness with that extra bit of weight and texture from the Sémillon.
Lyrarakis, Assyrtiko, Crete x2
Lyrarakis is located in the mountainous commune of Alagni (440 metres above sea-level), south of the city of Heraklion, in Crete. Assyrtiko Voila has complex aromas of citrus and white fleshed aromatic fruit, spicy notes and long fresh mineral finish. A great example of Greece's most important native white varietals.
Chateau Escarelle, Palm Rosé, Provence x2
Chateau de L’Escarelle of one of the most prestigious wine estates in the heart of Provence, with 100 hectares of organically certified vineyards set in 1,000 hectares of beautiful woodland. An easy-drinking fresh and dry rosè that will make it perfect for an aperitif or enjoyed with tapas, a tasty pizza or a little charcuterie.
Cantine Belisario, Montepulciano, Rosso Conero x2
The distinctive geological components of limestone and marl combine to produce grapes of exceptional quality and finesse. Hints of these earthy notes add complexity to cherry, mocha and black fruit aromas making this a very satisfying wine.
Domaine de la Chaponne, Chiroubles, Beaujolais x2
Chiroubles, one of the 10 Beaujolais cru villages nestled between Morgan and Fleurie comes from granitic, sandy, stony soils producing fruity, younger drinking styles of wine. A charming red, that's soft, juicy and refreshing.
Rippa Dorii, Tempranillo, Ribera del Duero x2
Their vineyards are located in the Fuentecén area, in the heart of the Ribera region, bathed by the Duero and its tributary the Riaza river. Here altitudes reach over 900 metres and the climate is harsh, with irregular rain, uncertain frosts, and short and extremely hot summers. Aromatically this has a really inviting and vibrant fresh fruit expression of dark cherries, red plums, baking spices, with gently floral notes. The palate focuses on fruit but with enough tannin to give structure, a good length finish, and gentle oaky notes.
